Q: What are LockAccess requirements?
A: LockAccess requirements are as follows:
- Unix/Linux hosting
- Apache 1.3.x/ 2.0.x
- PHP 4.x
- MySQL 3.22 or later
Q: Can LockAccess be used in Windows environment?
A: No, LockAccess is incompatible with Windows. See the requirements above.
Q: How long will I wait for the download link after I have placed an order?
A: Usually the download link is generated within several minutes after the order is placed. If you don’t get
the download link in few minutes (which happens very seldom), please contact us and our support operators will
send it manually as soon as possible.
Q: For how many domains should I purchase your software license?
A: All our products are licensed on the per-domain basis. This means that if you want to install and use the software
on more than one domain, you will need to buy additional license for every domain LockAccess will be used on.
Q: What exactly do I get after I've placed my order?
A: When you purchase our software license, you receive:
- Archived software file, containing installation files and instructions on the installation.
- FREE upgrades to the updated versions of the same product released within one year after the purchase.
- FREE customer support by email and instant messengers.
Q: Can I order your products without a credit card?
A: Yes, you can. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The credit card information may
be submitted online (via a secure server), by mail, or fax.
